This Privacy Policy explains how Pyncode AI F.Z.E and Handbsoftware Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Moonlight mobile application ("Moonlight" or the "App").

By using Moonlight, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Moonlight is a personal manifestation and wellness app. It helps you create personalized manifestation stories and affirmations, save private Whisper posts, choose a narration voice, and (if you subscribe) unlock premium features.
Moonlight does not use a traditional email/password login. Your profile is tied to a device identifier and an onboarding profile ID created when you complete setup.

If you subscribe or make an in-app purchase, payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to help manage subscription status. Our AI provider is Google Gemini. Processing is performed to provide the feature you requested. If this provider changes in the future, we will update this section to stay accurate.
We do not use Whisper posts as a public social network. Whisper remains private to your account unless you choose to share content yourself through the device share sheet or third-party apps.
We use trusted service providers to operate Moonlight. They process data only as needed to provide their services to us (and subject to their own terms and policies where applicable):

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide Moonlight, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify associated profile and content data from our active systems promptly, and in any case within 30 days, except where we must retain limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons, or in backups for a short additional period before those backups rotate.
Deleting your Moonlight account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel subscriptions separately in your Apple or Google account settings. Charges may continue until you cancel with the store.

Account deletion is intended to remove your Moonlight profile and associated data we hold on our systems (including related Whisper content tied to that profile), and to clear local account-related data on the device where deletion is completed, subject to the retention limits above.

Depending on where you live (for example EU/UK GDPR or California CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights, including the right to object to certain processing, restrict processing, data portability, or appeal a denial. To exercise these rights, email support@moonlightmanifest.app. We may need to verify your request (for example using device/onboarding identifiers or other information that helps us locate your account).
If you are in the EEA/UK, you may also contact your local data protection authority.
Because Moonlight is identifier-based (device / onboarding ID) rather than email login, please include any details you have that help us find your account when you contact us.
Moonlight is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App (as enforced during date-of-birth checks in onboarding).
Some questions and content involve personal topics (such as relationships and identity). If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 provided information, contact us at support@moonlightmanifest.app and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We process and store information primarily in the United States (Vercel's default hosting region) and other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your home country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
If you open third-party sites or share to Instagram, X, or other apps, their privacy practices apply to data they receive. This Privacy Policy does not control those services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date on this page. Where required by law, we may provide additional notice. Continued use of Moonlight after an update means you accept the revised policy.
